Who we are looking for

We're looking for a People Partner who combines excellent operational execution with a passion for building a great employee experience as NestAI grows.

You'll partner closely with leaders and employees while helping define what community and employee experience should look like in a fast-growing company. This role combines hands-on People Partnering with ownership of community and workplace experience.

You'll have a significant opportunity to shape how this area develops as NestAI grows. We're looking for someone who enjoys building, improving and challenging existing ways of working, rather than just maintaining them.

You can come from versatility of backgrounds, but ideally you would bring:

• Strategic & Operational People Partnering. The ability to partner directly with leaders and employees to build clarity, guide performance, and manage daily employee relations while actively translating high-level People strategies into operational practices.

• Employee Experience & Community Building. Proven experience designing scalable community initiatives, company rituals, peer learning forums, and cross-office collaboration systems that connect teams and foster an environment where people can do their best work.

• Practical expertise in owning core HR practices—including onboarding, buddy programs, probation milestones, offboarding, and documentation—with a strict eye on compliance and internal communication tools.

• A continuous improvement mindset with a interest in simplifying and automating People workflows using modern tools and AI, collaborating cross-functionally with Talent Acquisition, IT, Security, Finance, and Marketing.

• An empathetic and analytical approach to using employee feedback and workplace signals to surface organizational trends early and continuously refine the employee experience as the company scales.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build trust, facilitate feedback sessions, and maintain alignment across cross-functional and multi-office environments.

What you'll do

People Partnering

Partner with leaders and employees to create clarity, support performance and help teams succeed.

• Partner with leaders on performance, growth and day-to-day people topics

• Own milestone and probation practices together with the People team

• Support managers in feedback, coaching and employee relations

• Drive onboarding and early employee experience within your teams

• Ensure company-wide People practices land clearly and consistently

• Handle core People processes, documentation and compliance topics

• Use employee feedback and day-to-day signals to identify themes, improve practices and raise issues early

Community & employee experience (focus in beginning of employment)

Design and continuously improve the systems, rituals and everyday experiences that make NestAI a place where people can do their best work.

You'll help people connect, collaborate and feel part of one company by:

• Developing our buddy experience and helping people build meaningful relationships beyond onboarding

• Building scalable community initiatives, peer learning forums and company rituals

• Creating opportunities for cross-team and cross-office collaboration

• Improving the employee experience across all NestAI offices

• Supporting internal communication and our knowledge base (Nestopedia)

• Using employee feedback to continuously improve how people experience working at NestAI

• Helping define what great community and employee experience look like as we scale
