Talent Acquisition Specialist
Company
NestAI is a European physical AI lab building adaptive intelligence for unmanned systems, with a focus on defence and critical infrastructure. We develop mission-ready AI for real-world environments where reliability is non-negotiable.
At the core of what we build is an open, modular, and interoperable AI command foundation that integrates data from multiple sources — from UAV sensors and edge devices to situational intelligence platforms — and turns it into decision support and operational capability.
Rooted in Nordic engineering heritage, we focus on openness, reliability, and systems that earn trust through performance. We work with intent, iterate fast, and build technology that protects what matters most.
Role Description
We are looking for a capable, execution-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing recruitment team. NestAI is scaling rapidly. We are moving past early-stage hiring into a phase of high-velocity, structured growth, where you'll be driving impactful talent acquisition to meet our ambitious scaling milestones. This is an opportunity for a professional who enjoys the hands-on nature of building talent pipelines, thrives in a dynamic environment, and is motivated by achieving ambitious hiring goals.
You will join a team of three, reporting to our Talent Acquisition Lead. Your main focus will be owning the recruitment funnel for our core technical roles, navigating a fluid startup environment, and taking independent charge of your work. We are a company built on physical AI, and we apply that same mindset to our internal workflows. We are looking for someone who is eager to leverage AI and agentic tools to work smarter, streamline recruitment processes, and reach hiring goals that stretch beyond standard industry benchmarks.
Application Deadline: Please submit your application by 12.06.2026. We review applications and move forward with candidates on a rolling basis, so we encourage you to apply early!
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
Technical Sourcing & Engagement: Identifying and engaging top-tier technical talent across AI, software, and embedded engineering using modern sourcing methods.
Full-Funnel Ownership: Managing the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle - from initial role definition, planning, and kickoff discussions with hiring managers, all the way through screening and assessments to finalizing offers and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.
Drive function-building initiatives: Champion a "sub-function" you are passionate about (e.g., AI/recruiting agents, data analytics, compliance, or employer branding) and own its development to help our TA team level up as we grow.
Navigating Ambiguity: Moving efficiently in a fluid, scaling environment, taking ownership of your own pipeline, and solving problems independently.
Collaborative Partnering: Working closely with hiring managers and the TA team to understand technical requirements, ensuring a smooth and respectful candidate experience.
Qualifications
Recruitment Experience: Proven track record (ideally 5+ years) of managing full-lifecycle recruitment within a startup, scaleup, or fast-paced recruitment setting.
Technical Hiring Domain Expertise: Direct experience hiring for complex technical roles is a must—specifically AI, data, software, and embedded systems engineers. Experience with niche or unique technical profiles is a clear advantage.
Volume & Project-Driven Scaling: Experience managing high-volume recruitment or quickly scaling project teams to meet immediate, evolving business needs. You are comfortable operating in a fast-moving environment where you can seamlessly adapt your priorities to support new project launches and shifting timelines.
AI & Automation Mindset: Strong interest in and experience using AI-assisted tools to improve productivity. A definite plus is if you have previously developed or implemented automated workflows to streamline recruitment tasks.
Autonomy & Execution: A self-starter who takes responsibility for their outcomes, enjoys getting their hands dirty, and feels comfortable in an environment with less rigid corporate structures.
Clear Communication: Professional, authentic communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to discuss complex technical opportunities naturally with engineers.

About NestAI
Physical AI is moving from theory to reality. The systems being built today will shape how societies protect people, operate critical infrastructure, and respond under pressure for decades to come.
At NestAI, close to 200 engineers and scientists work at the intersection of software, hardware, and AI — developing autonomy, sensing, and command capabilities for mission-critical use. This isn’t demo work. It’s real systems, built for real environments.
We build in Europe, with open and interoperable architectures, so that critical capabilities can evolve over time without lock-in — and remain accountable to the societies they serve.
